According to Health Canada’s Vitality program, the way to lead a health life is to do the following:

-Eat well by following Canada’s Food Guide to Healthy Eating,
-Be active by making physical activity a part of your everyday life, and
-Feel good about yourself. “This means believing in yourself. The best way to do that is to accept who you are and how you look. So treat yourself well.

Healthy bodies come in a variety of shapes and sizes. A good weight is a healthy weight, not just a low weight. A healthy weight helps you stay active and lowers the risk of health problems.”

Hmm. Sounds mighty familiar. In fact, it sounds like what I’ve been saying all along. Yay for Health Canada!
