Nipples of Venus
Last night, from 10 to 2, and this morning, from 7 until now, I spent up to my elbows in melted chocolate.
I am making truffles…Nipples of Venus, to be precise. The only ingredients are: chocolate for ganache, chocolate for dipping, heavy cream, and butter. It somehow seems so wrong, but it tastes so right.
